About Me
I am Dana Hoffman and I’ve been passionate about food since a very early age. I am classically trained at the California Culinary Academy College of Food and ran two local restaurant kitchens before becoming a personal chef. I have discovered that I love feeding people on a more personal level and I have founded Whisk! Personal Chef Service in a desire to help make your life easier and your belly happier!

We are so fortunate to live in the ‘salad bowl’ of America, having almost instant access to the freshest ingredients available. I take advantage of all our area has to offer and frequent farmer’s markets as well as local purveyors to bring you the best, freshest and most tasty ingredients possible. I am a member of Slow Foods Santa Cruz and am safety/sanitation certified by ServSafe.
